Software design: core functionality and wrappers

- The core: this contains the actual metadata generation part. As such,
it is actually the metadata generation core of the particular SAmgI
installation that we implemented.
- Wrappers around the core
- Standalone: this contains wrapper classes for calling the core
in a standalone mode
- Web services: this contains wrapper classes, stubd and
skeletons, that are necessary for running the SAmgI core as a
webservice.
